1.1 Duration of Employment: Employment is indefinite, subject to termination in accordance with ICC policies and regulations.
1.2 Job Responsibilities: Employee will be responsible for overseeing and managing accounting procedures related to mining operations. This includes:
1.3 Performance Standards: Employee is expected to meet or exceed performance metrics as established by ICC management, including accuracy of financial reporting and adherence to budgeting guidelines.
2.1 Salary: Employee will receive a salary as per ICC’s pay scale for the standard ICC debt repayment labor program.
2.2 Bonuses: Eligibility for performance-based bonuses in line with ICC’s incentive programs and individual performance evaluations.
2.3 Deductions: All applicable taxes and deductions will be processed in accordance with ICC policy.
3.1 Code of Conduct: Employee must adhere to ICC’s Code of Conduct, ensuring company-first behavior, confidentiality, and compliance with all company policies.
3.2 Unionist Activities: Participation in or support for unionist activities is strictly prohibited. Engagement in such activities may result in disciplinary actions, including termination.
3.3 Breach of Contract: Any breach of the employment terms or ICC policies may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
4.1 Termination: ICC may terminate employment for cause, including breach of contract, policy violations, or unsatisfactory performance.
4.2 Resignation: Employee may resign by providing 360 Company Standard Days written notice to ICC.
4.3 Final Settlement: Upon termination, all company property must be returned, and any outstanding financial obligations must be settled per ICC’s exit procedures. (p. 145)
5.1 Confidentiality: Employee agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, copyright, patents, Research and Development, and financial data related to ICC.
5.2 Intellectual Property: Any inventions, designs, or developments created by the employee during employment are the exclusive property of ICC.
6.1 Arbitration: Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with ICC’s arbitration procedures.
6.2 Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by the laws applicable to ICC.
